Content Site - Some traffic and a little revenue

I am selling this site because I am moving away from pet site and i am cleaning out all of my site that I will not be concentrating on.

This site has been built using php includes so you can easily switch out the ads at the top and bottom of the page, change the header, add to the menu and the footer etc, just by editing one file. The site includes different meta description and keywords on each page with keywords in h1 tags.

Since then I have cleaned the site up a little and have worked on SEO a bit. Traffic has not been tracked but it is minimal. About 20 uniques a day as an educated guess. The revenue is minimal only about $.50 a month. A link in wikipedia has been added some maybe some traffic to be had from there. No advertising or backlinking has been done so traffic can defiantly grow with more work.
