    I am selling this site because I am moving away from pet site and i am cleaning out all of my site that I will not be concentrating on.

    From the thread I bought it from:

    The content used in the site has been handwritten about 'gerbil care', it will never be sold or used again, the buyer will get exclusive rights to do with as they please all 14 articles.

    Domain name is a popular easy to remember .org name, registered at godaddy for a free push to the winner, expires late 04/2008

    This site has been built using php includes so you can easily switch out the ads at the top and bottom of the page, change the header, add to the menu and the footer etc, just by editing one file. The site includes different meta description and keywords on each page with keywords in h1 tags.

    Since then I have cleaned the site up a little and have worked on SEO a bit. Traffic has not been tracked but it is minimal. About 30 uniques a day as an educated guess. The revenue is minimal only about $2.00 a month. A link in wikipedia has been added some maybe some traffic to be had from there. No advertising or backlinking has been done so traffic can defiantly grow with more work.

    This has a ton of great content and just needs to be worked on. I have done this because my other sites interest me more.
