    Hi,

Has anybody created a site containing product listings using products obtained via CJ? If so, PLEASE could you offer some pointers on how to get started.

The only thing I can see so far is getting links for one product at a time. Wondering if there's a way to download entire catalogs for publishing to a website.

    thanks......

You're looking for datafeeds. CJ charges for those unless you've generated 10K in sales in a month over the last year.

Try signing up for shareasale... their datafeeds are free. ;)

That's not true anymore. I do 1K to 2.5K on CJ and they give me access to the datafeeds when I ask. Just ask them through the "contact us" link.

Didn't know that... that's what their info says on CJ.com. You do 1.5-2K sales? or commissions?

Commissions, some months I do 3K but all summer everything has gone down. This month is the lowest it's been for all summer. Locked in $1651.58 today with 348.88 marked as "new".

For the first year I was averaging 10 cents a day on CJ. I spend 300+ hours learning PHP, XML, CPanel, SQL, looking at other sites, thinking why in the **** am I wasting so much time on something making 10 cents a day? It payed off at the end of the first year I was doing 50 to a 100 a month. Half way through the second year I was averaging 200-400 a month and it kept going up. Stick with it, it just gets better!

The rule is (supposedly) that you need to break 10K in SALES in a month, not commissions. ;)

I'm not even close to that.. guess I'm special? What I hate about it all is, all the advertisers get stuck into one download file and it's hugh!

Hmmm. thanks for the responses. And, received a mail VERY recently (not sure when, I've been away) about the new WebServices offered by CJ. Sounds promising...
