I'm in a quick need of cash for another project, why I'm willing to sell the site for a cheap price. It hasn't been advertised on any forums yet, but the two banners will be up on two highly trafficked site for a month, worth around $50.

Since I really don't have the time or money to develop the site, I've been forced to decline a few business proposal. Just today I declined a client who wanted forum posting; something I'd earn $15 from. The site has quite a lot of potential.

The BIN is set at $100, though I'm willing to accept a lower price if the deal is made fast.

The pay varies from writers to writers. I have some writers that are better than others, and they recieve a higher salary. However, these high-paid writers writer Premium Articles, which are more costly for a customer.
