    check http://www.contentrewrite.net
it is the only one which is contextual at least from what I have seen, others specially those commercials just blindly replace synonyms

I've tried a lot of those programs, and none are going to work flawlessly, most of the time the content comes out making no sense.

One way to do it ( I use a software for this, but its unavailable to the public yet) is an article spinner. So you'll write a sentence like "The {dog | cat | horse | frog | } is {big | sick | small | gay}" and it will "spin" the article and make 50 variations. Sort of like a madlib. I'm sure someone with some coding knowledge could write this for themselves easily.

Autoblogger also has a rewrite engine, but it just replaces "keyword" with anything you want. For example if you have an rss fed site about playstation 3 and your keyword is "ps3".. you could make every instance of "playstation 3" and change it to "ps3", in every article you specify. And then take "ps3" and set a linking rule to link it to whatever website for backlinks.

No script will be ever able to replace humans... So, it is understandable...

I think that human editing is still the proper method.

Visit some "Freelance" sites, hire a freelance writer and get your articles rephrased. It won't be too costly.
