Content recommendation website

    Hi,

    I am about to create a website something similar to http://zergnet.com which lists top content from around the web.

    The idea is to collect some top articles each day and hyperlink to that article from our homepage.

    Is this legal or illegal ?

    are you copying their design or logo?

    are you posting the entire article or just a small part of it with a link to the full article on the original site?

    I am not copying anything from the design or logo. But for the articles i will use their article heading or sometimes rewrite it, and link to the article.

    doubt you'll have any problems... there are many many sites doing that

    one thing, if you are using an RSS feed from a site, some say they are only for personal use
