This is some thing I have been wondering for a lot of time, do most of the web developers pay more attention, time and resource at developing the content of their site or SEOing them for the search engines.
In many cases a copywriter will be doing the content so the web developer is focused on implementing the content rather than creating it. The developer, if they are trained in SEO should consult with the writer beforehand and let them know what makes effective SEO friendly copy on the web.
Both are important. If your content sucks, people won't be sticking around and Google doesn't like sites like that. But you also need to be going out there and getting as many links as you can. Sean
Both are important. For google content relevance is very important. However, the contents need to be written keeping search engines in focus.
Both are not mutually exclusive. If you find that your forte is in one specific area (say content writing), you'll need to contract out someone to promote your site (link build), or assist with on-page SEO otherwise your content can be fairly worthless. The two combined is what makes a wonderful site, but one alone brings little feeling of gratification. Conversely, content is cheap, if you like the SEO part more .
hi, seo is content, content is seo. you need to have both entwined unless you are just doing some kind of ppc even then google will charge you less per click if your site is create well and fits their guidelines, dave
Both are important...if you have a good content, people will visit your blog and be a fan of your blog
Actually this is depend on the behavior of the webmaster. But for me,i will spent more time on content coz without content, its useless if you SEO it.
