When building a blog especially on blogger and wordpress what is the difference between a post and a page. Right not I have articles that were created as post. Should I be putting them on pages. If so how does anyone find them. I put them as post because they are back to back one on top of the other on the page people arrive at when the first find my blog. Is listing them as pages better?

On blogger, there is no difference between post and page.

On Wordpress though, pages are more or less like an independent web page, that may appear sticky on lading page or are browsable through links on blog. On the other hand, posts are content pages, that automatically appear in reverse chronological form on blog with integrated commenting system.

In wordpress, There are too much options for Pages and post such as Permalinks. But In blogger you have not the rights to change the Permalink. It will always be in the form of http://yourblog.blogspot.com/year/month/some-word-from-title

Otherwise, You can also apply some techniques to Create A Post cum Page. See more at http://woork.blogspot.com

    Cheers :)
