Content next to adsense?

What i am trying to do is have a 336x228 ad and i want some written content on the right hand side of this ad like article websites.
But i dont know how this is done!

Ive tried adding the code and when i add my written content its always underneath.

How do i get it besides the ad?

 

try adding align="left" to your image tag. this should make the text go to the right of the image

 

If i use allign left on the code it leaves a space on the right and the text is still underneath look.

which image are you doing this to?

 

not an image the adsense block, in the middle of the page.

 

oh, well did you put the content in a floating div and make it float over top of the adsense and then just set the margin-left to the width of the adsense?

 

I have no idea how to do that.

 

Is that the easiest way to do it, Or is that what they do on rticle websites?
