Content network - slapped?

    I ran some content network stuff for a couple of weeks and then paused it. Got some impressions, no problem. Now, I decided to edit the url on this content campaign so it goes to a different landing page on the same domain. But no impressions after two weeks.

    Why would this be? Am I slapped? Is it a question of a different manual reviewer not liking the site but the first reviewer thought it was ok?
