    Hi,

I want to target content network only but for some reason it doesnt make any impressions. I turn on search, it works but content is zero.

I didnt activate or opted in into any placements and content-network seems On. Is there something im missing?

Google Adwords support is phenomenal, im waiting for 3 days for someone to reply me back. I think i give up.

Just to eliminate the obvious, are you using CPM or CPC? And, have you tried increasing your bids? It may depend on your niche but in my experience Content is not a cheap alternative to search, i.e. CPC can be as much, or more, than on search.

Its very unlikely that im not making any impressions for $1.00 a click bid for my niche.
This is just frustrating, i already contacted them 3 days ago. No response.
I know they are big and like a monopoly but whats the point of selling a service if you cant reach them.

Is your Adwords account new? Often times it takes days for new content campaigns to get rolling. More established accounts will show ads quicker. And as others have stated, the only other thing you can do is increase bids.

How did you contact them? Get in touch with someone higher up in the authority chain.

$1 per click can still be a low bid... what industry are you in? content cpc bid is about the same price as the search bids.

Also how many days has it been since you set up the campaign?

Text ad campaign take about 24 hours to approve and image ads take about 7 days to approve

4-5 days. One of my ads were in coupons niche, other was funny tshirts. I turned on search to see if there is a general problem with the account. I was able to show impressions on the search network, but still none on the content.

And who is higher in the authority? Do they have phone support? I only know the support form thats on the site, nothing else.

Your account could freeze for a while; it is in review process; it's what they say most of the time. No matter if your ads are banners or text this could happen. The only way to make it work is to contact them. There are few ways:
-by chat, this is the fastest way - they will check your account in real time, but they will not solve the problem :) - you will have an answer in 24 hours by email; if the answer does not satisfy you, you could chat again

-by email - you will have an answer in 24 hours (theoretically)

After I did this few times with my account which were freezing without reason, I received 2 phone numbers to contact them. Which was great!

What it is important is to plan accordingly. Any problem could appear.

Buskond, where is the chat? I didnt get an answer to my e-mail for 4 days. I received an auto reply suggesting stuff. I think they assume that was their final answer..
