Content Network bug?

I understand that the content network takes a while (4 hours to 3 days) before your ads go live. But I have a couple of other questions:

    1. If you already have your advert and keywords approved and you decide to add another advert in the same adgroup for split testing purposes, does it go live instantly, does the whole adgroup go down for another 4 hours to 3 days or does only that advert get delayed until it is reviewed? Not sure if additional ads are algo or human reviewed and hence the possible delay.

    2. I had a content network adgroup running fine. I was split testing 2 ads. One outperformed the other and so I paused the poor performing one. But it continued to get clicks until I deleted it. Is this normal?

    3. In the same adgroup, I added another couple of ads, so there were 4 in total, with one on pause (but pause not working!). The other 2 ads didn't get any impressions. Is there a limit to the number ads you can split test on the content network or have I encountered a bug?

    Thanks,

    Jon

1.) The new ads will go through review too.

2.) Changes to content network are not instant. It can take hours for a change to go through the entire system.

3.) You can do a lot more ads then 4... :)

And for the future never delete an approved by Adwords editor ad! Pause it, but not delete.
