Content Needed for 200 sites

I need web content for 200 mini-sites. The topic/main keyword of the sites is ‘carpet cleaning’ and each site will have 7 pages. Each page will have one hundred words (no less than 85 but not more than 100). The pages needed per site are as follows:
1. Homepage
2. Carpet Cleaning
3. Carpet Installation
4. Carpet Repair & Re-Stretching
5. Rug Cleaning
6. Upholstery Cleaning
7. Water Damage
The total word count per site is therefore only 700 words. Each website will target a different service area \ location in a US State.
Other instructions
• Break the text up into paragraphs. You must have a ‘call to action’ at the end of each page e.g. “give us a call today xxx-xxx-xxxx, and a friendly customer-care representative will be delighted to help you”(leave telephone number blank).
• The page headline will be inserted dynamically so it is not necessary. However, a secondary headline in the middle of the text is required.
• Keywords must be used naturally in each page. The main keyword in most cases is the site name, the location and the state as indicated below. You will use the following words in brackets as follows:
1) {SiteName} - the name of the company (use once a page)
2) {SiteLocation} – for instance, Brooklyn (the local community the website serves)
3) {SiteTitle} – for instance, NY (the abbreviation for the state of the local community)
Remember to use the words with those brackets, you will not be mentioning the actual site name, location or title e.g.
{SiteName} - Manhattan Carpet Cleaning
{SiteLocation} - Manhattan
{SiteTitle} - NY
Our software will automatically insert Manhattan Carpet Cleaning, Manhattan and NY respectively.
• Each mini-site must be completely unique and pass Copyscape
