In recent study, i found that google like hyperlinks so far it's better to anchor your content url or website, however, if you post same content 3 times it will be copied in google's eyes
I think that first you need to publish in your website and let Google index it. After that you can replicate it elsewhere, since Google will know that the original content was first seen on your website, your Google ranking will not be penalized. It doesn't matter if your replicated content on other places doesn't get properly ranked, since all you need is a good rank for your website.
