Hello, I looking for any content management system for site with free web templates. What is the best solution?
I think it would depend on what the templates are for. For example, I see lots of joomla template sites that let users pick their own template, and they are of course powered by joomla. I have a php link directory template section on my site where users can pick templates to preview them before downloading them for their own directory. It is powered by php link directory (with some custom mods of my own).
