    Though, I don't know what software to use. Any help?

    They are using their own system I guess but you can use Joomla, Xoops etc. Joomla is one of the most popular systems. Also check here.

    Wordpress is a pretty good CMS with the right theme and plugins, but Joomla is great and would probably be easier and quicker to setup.
