Content Management Plugin (Please recommend)

I'm currently using a WP plugin to manage a lot of content that's being displayed on several pages. I like it because it allows be to separate all of my content into categories and then displayed on each assigned page. The problem that I'm having with the plugin is that as the content increases, I'm unable to paginate the pages so that each page isn't displaying an infinite scroll. Is there another plugin that will allow me to categorize information to an assigned page?

It's odd that you are using a "Content Management" plug in, with Content Management Software.
Seems like you could have just done what you need by properly configuring the way Wordpress already works naturally.
However, without a link to see exactly what this plug in does for you, I can only guess.

Here's one of the pages to explain what I'm talking about http://ehustleonline.com/work-at-home-with-benefits/ . I'm using a directory plugin called connections. The thing is that the information does not paginate so if the information gets too long, I'll just have a page with an infinite scroll of information and i don't want that. I could use the following shortcode to paginate "<!--nextpage-->" but it doensn't work with this plugin so I need another way to manage my content.

Thanks for your suggestion but when I asked a friend to install it for me, it looked extremely tacky with the template on my site.

What's the plug in? Have you checked the support pages? I'm sure you aren't the first person using it that has that problem.
