Content in the DIV

    I was wondering, when you place an ad but the content of the webpage is within a DIV and the ad is on the outside of it, would it still pick up the content in that DIV?

    If not, could I place it within that DIV for it to pick up words from that content?

    And also, in this situation, do meta tags really make a difference?

    Content within div will be picked up no problem. I doubt metatags make a difference as adsense is just concerned with on-page content.

    my ads are in Divs and the ads came out fine.

    because the ads are just javascript code, it fires or loads after all the content is downloaded in the browser, so it really doesnt mater whether the content is in div, span, table, p..
