I want to make a centralized topic for my website that would cover related topics. This centralized page will include all links of related posts. Let's say, I make a page "Windows Phone 8.1 " This page should contain all the related posts such as Post 1 - Windows Phone 8.1 features, Post 2 - Windows Phone 8.1 devices announced, Post 3 - WP8.1 apps and more... and so on.
So, do i need to follow a simple strategy for doing that? Like, making a page with the name "Windows Phone 8.1 : Everything You need to know" in the category "windows phone 8.1" and a relevant Meta description for the page that can help in ranking. So, the URL will be as www.abcdefg.com/windows-phone-81/

The centralized page would act as a strong page with powerful researched keyword.

Now, whenever a new post will be written, windows phone 8.1 category will be selected and then all those posts will automatically show on that centralized page. This is a common task what we follow in every website. Right? But what about making a centralized page for related topics? Is it called as Content Hub or else? If anybody knows, then please tell me the entire process. Thanks.
Note : My website covers technology related articles. It's not limited to a particular niche.
