Content For Article Submission

    Hi,
    I am writing content for an Article Submission of my blog, please guide me if i want to use some other's url in my content like if i want to talk about "seochat" and let my readers know about this tool, then can i mention it in my content or should i have to take some kind of permission or follow some guidelines. Whats the procedure?

    I'm sure they'd love to get you link to them ;) and talk about their service(s). There are no guidelines to link to other people..
