Content extraction/scraping for press release sites

    I need to extract the body text of press releases from a variety of company websites that have not set up RSS feeds for their press releases. The press releases will be posted into WordPress.

    Can someone recommend:

    1) Software or script that will do the extraction. Extra points if it can also post into wordpress.

    2) Someone I can pay (dirt cheap) to do this for me as needed.
