    Hi All,

I have 2 websites of the same company targeting 2 different geographical location, one with domain extension ie and other.co.uk. Content added in both these sites are identical. Will this be considered as duplicated content by Google? Will this affect the performance of the website.

Yeah Google will consider one of your website as original and other one as duplicate. So in this case, only one of your website will be performing well on Google. Why don't you create different content for both website or at least create different version of the same content

you can still re-word the content of the second site, that might help. That is what i do and i still get good ranking.
