My content writer is giving me duplicate content continuously. And every time I have to check the content duplicacy by manual process. It is very lengthy process. If anyone knows any good free software to check content duplicacy from word doc. then plz share with me !!!!

You can try copy scape, or paperrater.com for checking duplicate contents.
Here are others you can use: duplichecker and plagiarisma.net ..

If your writer still gives you duplicate content, I bet you should start looking for a new one or probably do it on your own - at least you are able to write the article and contents that you really want to meet up. Besides, as 2012 starts, Google aims to flush out those portals having duplicate contents and it may hurt your portal if you belong to those having duplicates.

Also, there is a current law about copyright infringements in the US, targeting websites with copied contents from other sites. So you better make use of putting a copyright page on your portal - while making sure your contents are unique too.

    Hi Alexander

I hope you have fired your content writer by now - can't blieve that somebody who is paid to write content just hands you over other people's content. I can't afford to provide my SEO and Website Clients with that kind of content...no clients left!

Please make sure to find a reliable person...and stick with him or her and pay well when doing a good job, thatw ay they will continue to provide you with good content and stay with you.

Yea you need to fire your writer that's completely ridiculous. The whole point of outsourcing is to save time not create a new job for you having to double check everything he/she does. I personally have had great experiences with seogenerals [dot] com, and thecontentauthority [dot] com. Especially The Content Authority.

copyscape is the best option to check that, but free version only allow to check content which should be already published. So if you want to check the content before uploading then you have to take the paid service of copyscape.
