I submitted two of my sites, one is a forum site, and the other is a content site...one of them was ignored, and I got this email for the other...the email didn't say which site didn't qualify, but they are both high quality sites...

Anyone else get one of these?

I submitted one site about 2 months ago, and the other about 1-2 weeks ago.

What are the topics of your sites you submitted? I see you have an abortion related site in your sig.. Seems something like that is more likely to not be accepted as opposed to your blankets and quilts site. (not saying those are the sites you submitted)...

    aeiouy,

Those are just links for deeper indexing for one of my sites.

The sites are general terms that aren't controversial.

What I meant was that Yahoo doesn't seem to be too worried about controversial sites, from the pages that I have seen their publisher network on.

I get the feeling that it is easier to get adsence on a site then to get Yahoo! Publisher Network beta. Is this right?..I have yet to even apply.~Corena

I applied as soon as you could, which was a few months ago, or at least I filled out some sort of form asking to be notified when their network went up.

Months:eek: Sounds like it might be a bit too "beta" for me. I will stick with Google until things get easier. Me thinks anyways.

What gets me is when they look at a site that has been approved by Google and they start nitpicking :) Who came up with the concept in the first place? ;)

I applied a few MONTHS ago and havn't got E-mailed yet. I got AdSense on the site, but in the application said I would gladly switch from 'that other place' just because I knew they wouldn't like seeing Google Ads!!!! I contacted a super secret Yahoo worker but they coiuldn't do anything to get me in. :( Said to wait a few weeks and contact the super secret Yahoo worker again and the super secret Yahoo worker could do some digging to see why or when I could expect an invite.
