Content creation, Keyword Targetting website for Google & Yahoo?

    Anyone has come across a good Content Creation & Keyword Targeting guide for Yahoo & Google?I searched on Google but all these websites are marketing some kind of SEO or Content creation Product.
    In need of 2-3 websites which allow Technology news to be rewritten from its website along with use of images.Any suggestions?
