    I am looking to buy some websites, these websites need to be CONTENT based websites and NOT wallpapers. So they need to have content and text on them and already be indexed and receiving some sort of traffic and revenue.

    Now, we are not particular in what we buy as far as the NICHE goes, but we do have a couple rules that we are looking for whenever it comes to purchasing these websites.
    • Must Be Indexed in Google
    • Must be Currently Receiving some sort of Traffic (More than 15 - 20 visitors per day)
    • Must have NO penalties on the website
    • Must have some sort of monthly revenue ($5 - 10 minimum)
    • Must have 100% Unique Content, must not have ANY type of duplicate content
    • Must NOT be a Wallpaper Website
    • Must be AT LEAST 6 Months old
    • Must have Analytics and Adsense proof (will verify over Teamviewer prior to purchase)
    Again, we don't care about the niche, as we long as it meets the above standards. We would prefer a BROAD range niche websites, for example (We prefer a Cell Phone site over a Iphone 5S site, or a Home Decorating Website over a bathroom website).

    What do u think about a blog having over 100 unique article +2-3 are some unoptimized scrappy .. Has alexa less than 150000 ....sadly i haven't monetixed it .....it has daily pageviews over 150(sometime below that but least is 120).....the blog is inactive for 3months but still is surviving due to it contents ......p.s. I have official blogger stats ...... Reply me ur price ....site is over 6-8 months old domain is 5months old ....hosted on blogger
