Buying Content-based site with good traffic (don't care much about site itself)

    I'm looking to buy one or more content-based websites which have established traffic. If the site is in a specific niche, that's even better. :)

    I'm not interested in:
    - Sites that aren't content based such as Proxies or Directories
    - Sites without an established traffic pattern
    - Sites which you can't provide solid proof upon request of a constant traffic stream over at least the last few months

    I'm not interested in profits or how much you're making right now, because I'm probably going to make massive changes to it once I buy it. :)
