In the Image select the portion which you want to replace with the background. All the result depends on the way you select the portion the better you select the better result you get else it would shadow. After selecting it precisely, Click on Edit and then click on Fill (Shift +F5) Then select Content Aware in USE select box Then you are done. The photoshop will do its work and you’ll get the result.
