Content Appraisal for car audio store content (MySQL Database + Shopping Cart)

    I'm considering getting out of the car audio business and just selling all the content on my site. I had a team of three people setup about 400 products over a 3 month period. The site is shop.massdriven.com. I would be keeping the domain name and just handing over the content. The site uses koby-international.com as a dropshipper. If I were to sell the content (MySQL database) and shopping cart software (about $500 including plugins) a buyer would only need to setup a wholesale account with koby international (free), setup with a credit card processor and turn on the store.

    Obviously the site needs a lot of work and could have better SEO and content. If I were to sell the content, the shopping cart (xcart) and plugins, what would be a good starting price to sell at?
