I'm not sure but I *think* that multiple keywords in adGroup are used in decision to trigger a single content ad impression - if this is true would be impossible to track an individual keyword even Google decide to open this information. Have you tried to using the {keyword} variable in landing page? try something like: Http://www.mysite.com/?keyword={keyword} I know that a search click will work, but not sure if a content will. You would need to make something that track the ?keyword= on your landing page.
