I sometimes find it hard to contact wordpress bloggers with regards to exhchanging links in the sense that no contact details are apparant. Does anyone know how to get round this?

Well... the first thing to do is to comment on some of his blog posts. Tell him to contact you over e-mail. If that doesn't work - then try to perform a google search like this:

    site:urloftheblog.com contact

If he still doesn't respond, then link to him in a blog post. He will then get a notification telling him that somebody linked to him. Using these three methods, you sure will get a hold of him.

Most sites do have a contact form.
If not, you might want to check the WHOIS.

No, most sites do not have a contact form. If he had a contact form, the thread-starter wouldn't ask about how to contact wordpress bloggers.

Another method you could use is to perform a site:urlofthesite.com and a link:urlofthesite.com and see if the site has any "contact" pages indexed. If not, do a link: and see what websites are linking to him. If it's article or link directories... then you should be able to contact the person from there. I ain't hard at all!
