I'm really mad right now, I send them an email and I get this: Thanks for contacting us. We aren't able to respond directly to inquiries submitted to this email address. Nothing more then a run around and around and around. This email is Does anyone know a way of getting in touch with a human over there?
that's the one I usually use to get answers , try to email them once more. If you put this thread on google part you will get a better help
I need to actually communicate with a live human. Am I crazy or is it weird to want to speak with the people that have been hosting my email for years now??!! wtf
Seems they just don't want to deal with your problem. Why not just try the method they suggested first?
good luck with finding a human that works for google last time i heard they where cyborg... maybe its due to been a sunday i always jus tuse the google FAQ forum and get a answer within hours normally.
I know they don't care, I didn't say they did. I'm just saying that a free service doesn't make it okay to be a poor service.
Look back on your posts today, I'm sure the majority of them were pointless, not unlike the one right above this one.
I guess I worded things wrong. If I wanted to find the answer to a question I would defiantly check the FAQ or Google itself. I'm actually trying to discuss my Gmail account with someone from the their team. It's related to security, I'm sure they don't have phone 'support' but at least an email address that doesn't give you an auto responder leading to loops, loops and more l000ps.ahhh Anyone have any idea what to do? Am I the only one that's wanted to speak with 'support'?
trust me, you'll probably never get in contact with a human, its not in a companies religious beliefs, they want you to feel pain
