Contacting Google & Their Responses

Hi,

I read many posts here where the author says that they have contacted google to ask about a certain problem with their website. Please can someone tell me the best way to contact them. I'm in the UK and i can't find an relevant email address.

Also what are their responses like. Do they tell you what the problem is (if any) or do they normally just send back a list of G's rules and regulations.

Got to the website and you submit an email/report to themthrough the site, you will get an automatic canned response, if you then respond to that email you quite often then get human contact.

 

It depends what you contact them about.

I filled in a form about a bug in Analytics yesterday and got a human response within a few hours.

Indeed, if it was related to adwords/adsense etc you would get a human response, I presume the poster means contacting google about their own site and nota product.

Is there an email address i can use to contact Google about a site rather than a product? Please can someone post it if so.

 

You need to follow the 'Dissatisfied? Help us improve' link, on a search result page, to a contact us form. I've never had a response for a couple I tried.
