Has anyone else had this issue with Clickbank and have some advice for me? Clickbank didn't pay me for several sales--about $120 worth in 2008. I didn't realize this (yeah, I know, my bad) until Nov 2009. I informed them, they agreed that they had indeed shorted me, and promised to send my check right out. Well, that was over 2 months ago, and no check. And now I cannot get any one to respond to my emails. Anyone?
have u met their payment criteria of 5 unique transactions and two diffferent forms of payment methods?
Their email support system sucks terribly. Everytime I sent them an email they would respond with a link to their FAQ page and that was it. You need to get them on the phone to get it straightened out. Here's the number: 1-800-390-6035. I also love how they don't reveal their phone number anywhere on their site and I had to search Google for a forum that mentions it....
