Where can I locate a contract or agreement to put another comany's logo on my business website? Example: I install Heating and Air-conditioining units and use two particular companies and would like to state that I am a authorize dealer of these units. I'm sure I need contract from both of them to put their name and logo on my site. Thanks in advance John
You can simply ask their permission (which should not be a big deal if you are an authorized dealer) or , in many circumstances, you can use your fair use rights to display logos of products you legitimately sell.
