is there a email address I can use to contact google about dup content. Seems like my old host is still serving and exact copy of my site with another domain. I'm sure it was accidental. Currently only the cache version from may remain in the serp but its outranking every single one of my pages and it seems like I was hit with a penality, I can't even rank for my own name.

Duplicate content doesn't do anything to your website. I've heard many people complain about it, but I've heard many very very smart SEO's claim that dup content doesn't hurt you.

Although I can understand your point, I don't think Google can penalize for duplicate content without penalizing many legitimate sites. For example, my article directory, www.ArticleWorld.net, which publishes articles that may found on other sites, has defied all the rumors about duplicate content and have been rising steadily both in PR (will be PR6 on next update) and in the SERPs.

If your content is copyrighted, you can send a cease and desist letter to your old host to stop publishing your work. This is a much stronger case than duplicate content.

    Good luck!

I still think something else might be going on. if you search for my website eyeglassfactoryoutlet.com you will get the result of that old server about 3-5 pages before you even see my site. The page is no longer being served by the host but is a cache version that google had since MAY 06. I tried to notify google but the page got picked up on https://www.discoveryarena.com and that tool don't handle https.

You have tons of pages listed as supplemental which have PHP Session Ids in them. That might be causing you some woes.
