Buying Contact form

    I've had trouble getting this completed, but a programmer who knows PHP solidly should be able to do it.

    Requirements

    - Select from one of three "package" choices with certain cost eg $50.00
    - Select "quantity"
    - Cost and quantity are updated in a different part
    - Once customer pays via PayPal, order is "verified" and sent to an e-mail

    Order form includes name, e-mail, and description box

    PM if interested. Budget looking around $20.

    Template is ALREADY CODED, just NO SCRIPT.

    Just FYI the title's pretty misleading, this isn't a contact form at all.
