Contact form with paypal button

    Hi,

    I need a contact form on website where people would enter specific needed information , and lastly depending on a package they choose, they would pay via paypal a certain price.

    Contact form would need to be secured:

    Captcha
    spam free

    I should recieved an email, the client must also received one for order confirmation.


    If by experience you have another solution, let me know
