Hi there! Basically I need a simple contact form on my website, the only thing specific I need is that the customer has a choice of which 'store' to send the contact message too, which means a drop down box with each entity tied up with an individual email address. I don't expect this to take much time if you have any idea what you're doing lol. Just post here or PM. Please give me a quote and maybe a link to something that you have done similiar. Thanks!
