Contact Form Programmer Required

    Hi,

    I need the contact form on upvc french doors to work and send all the information to a specified e-mail address.

    The contact form should forward the user to a specified page upon completion.

    It should also check the required fields.

    It would be great if you could make it look a lot better and using the same colour scheme as on the site.

    I would like this done today and don't want to pay a lot for it so please pm me the price and when you can do it.
