Hi. I need a simple contact form that will allow the custom post title to be the subject, so it will be placed on each of the custom posts.

Any ideas? I've been searching for ages but can't seem to find one.

Thanks. That was one I looked at, but I can't see how you can include the post title in the subject line, or indeed elsewhere.

OK, I have found that the contact form included in JetPack defaults the subject line to the post title :)

Although I would have preferred a stand-alone contact form plugin, so if anybody knows of another one, do please let me know :)

    Cheers

@WPLOL: "UCan Post" was removed due to serious security holes and the author stated it should not be used.

@DigitalWalt: Yes, it is for wordpress (hence being in the wordpress forum ;) ). As I mentioned, I have been searching for ages, but cannot find one that inputs the post title automatically. Your link is not working - just goes to your home page.

Thanks, but that's not what I'm after. Just to recap...

I want a contact form that is a WORDPRESS PLUGIN
I need it to work on a custom template for a custom post type
I need it to automatically add the post title to the subject line, or within the email.

    Thanks

I would recommend "JetPack" because of many other functionalities in same plugin...

GO for it as long as you are looking for a free solution...

Thanks folks. I managed to get contact7 working. However, I do prefer the JetPack one but at the moment I still can't get it working on my custom template - still trying :).
