Fields Needed in this order: Title: (text box) Website URL: (text area) Description: (text area) Unique: (text area) Competitors: (text area) Goals: (text area) Category: (drop down menu and let me enter the categories in) Tags: (text box) Logo Url: (text box) Launch Date: (text box) Email: (text box) Full Name: (text box) Submit - Clear Buttons on the bottom. Each field is required and must be validated before it can get submited. I want all the info to be submited to my email address which i will provide to whoever is doing this project for me. Subject must be already entered: Test (for now and i'll change later) If all fields are validated and good submit the info to me and take the user to a thank you page (thankyou.php) and just have it say whatever i can change it later.
