Contact Form II (Wordpress Plugin)

I found this really cool plugin for adding contact form on wordpress blog, there's just one problem, I don't know how to use it!

I've got no idea where I can add the contact form!

Anybody using it?

 

Create a Wordpress "page" (perhaps something like http://blog.psychlinks.ca/about-psychlinks-blog/) and plonk it in there somewhere, probably.

 

I use it..Just insert the code in the page where you want it to appear.

That contact form plugin is totally cool and i've been using it on all my WP sites.
