    This is not a good choice. Whenever I type wrong in textbox it redirect to their site.

    You can use Google Docs forms. The only catch is that the entries will be displayed in a spreadsheet in Google Docs. But very simple and easy to implement.

    You could have a look at 'Mail Chimp', they have some excellent tools and are used by some experienced commercial bloggers.
