I want to add contact form in my sidebar of blogger's blog, but was not able to do so. Recently check one post of http://www.directtoindia.com/blog/ it offers free script to create a feedback form/Contact form for sidebar of your blog and it is compatible for blogger & wordpress.

I've used Contact-Form-7 on several of my WordPress sites and am looking to change because it loads a LOT of overhead on every single page. As I try to keep speed up it's one of the biggest hogs of time on my site. So I am checking out the cFrom II mentioned in this thread.

I've also used ContactForm7 before and was not happy with it, like swaggers #6. Initially I switched to formstack - but this solution did not offer all the options I needed, then was a period of Usabilla use, but it's quite expensive solution. Now I'm with Appzi https://www.appzi.com/, and I recommend it to everyone who is looking for an all-in-one customer feedback solution for Wordpress website and not only. And it's free for small sites with small needs.
