    Hey all,

I have a new client and I am removing a few links for them to avoid any potential unnatural link warnings etc.
So I was wondering if anyone had nay recommendations for finding contact details, currently I use the following:
Manual check of site, usual place contact, privacy etc
    • Site search
    • Use operators
    • Whois
    • Social accounts
    • Checking other site that seem to have same WM
For instance I couldn't find contact details for http://greeceguide.net/ or http://www.xeas.com/ but I found and xeas email on another sites whois (still no response).
Is there any other methods that I'm missing(I'm sure loads), if so how would you do this (without it being too time consuming).
    Cheers
    SW

Yeah usually I will only use disavow if a penalty has been received. Even if one has been received it's best to try and manually remove if possible.

In my experience, if you have a hard time finding contact information there will be little to no chance of them replying if you find one by digging around.

Don't waste your time and simply keep the disavow file up to date. This can be done daily if need be as spoken about here by a Google employee.

I agree. If someone hides his contact details, he'll probably ignore your message if you manage to write the one. I would disavow the links if I had some problems with finding such data. That's what the tool was created for.
