Thats a wonderful Idea and if you work well on it you will really get good rankings in google for your idea

 

First off all you are using a sub domain which is bad. And looks kinda weird.
And those complains will go to court? Will you transfer them there?

 

This is a sub domain only as like co.cc free domain. And getting good enough organic traffic.

These complaints will not go to the court but it can give an awareness or alert to the public about a service or a product.
