    Not sure what country you're in, but if you do a Google search for PPC Agency, PPC Management, Pay-Per-Click, Adwords Management... etc, you'll see plenty of agencies who manage campaigns...

    Speaking as the CEO of an SEM/SEO agency,
    It all depends on what you are looking for,
    If it's just a review of your campaign then my company usually charges a couple hundred dollars for small to medium campaigns.
    For full campaign management, most companies charge around 15% of the total spend amount, so if you spend 4,000$ per month, you would pay an additional 600$ to the SEM agency.

    Yeah, I have my own adwords rep now. She called me the other day and gave me her direct line and helped me with a few things. Said I can call any time if I need any help or have questions. We also went over my goals and she said she would help make it happen
