    Hi,

a Friend designed a website design for me last week. I am looking to get some professional opinions on the design though before I definetey stick to it.

My website is www.adamhughes.co.uk and the idea behind it is to simply communicate a little bit of information about me to potential employees, and share some stuff with friends & family.

I don't want any feedback on the idea really, largely because I haven't thought through what I want to do in a large amount of detail yet. Just the design, the visual look.

I have to recode the pages, largely because at the moment they don't fall into my tedious strict coding style of being 100% accessible so that is something I am already aware of and will work on.

    Thanks

It has potential but i don't like the main image needs to be re-designed imo.
I quite like thenavbar at the top (maybe add some change on hover here), and also i think the main content is a bit too skinny. i'm not professional im just giving my first hand opinion!

How should the main image be adjusted, in your opinion? I am entirely open to suggestions and feedback so don't be shy to slate it entirely if thats really what it needs!

The overall aim I gave the guy was to make it simple, not to use any jazzy colours - just stick to black and white and not to make it too arty farty!

any suggestions for the hover over? I like the idea, just thinking what to do with it!

Thank you for the feedback as well!
