i want to improve it as much as possible.

That main banner looks like junk...find a better, bigger image so it isn't pixelated

 

You should think little bit more about your content...
And just change the font it's too small and unreadable.

 

Increase resolution of header image!

 

looks like a basic wordpress website, have you tried socrates wordpress themes ? also you might want to add some adsense

 

whats wrong w the content?

 

Header: find nice fonts and make logo | add search | find new banner
Main block: think of making text less separate | text is really hard to read - think of background and text-color;
Right: Place advertisement below Tags | Remove "Fatal error".

 

Just wondering how is it free?
